On behalf of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL), Comrade Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the VGCL signed Decision No. 3759/QD-TLD on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman; Inspection Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term. The decision takes effect from July 1, 2025.
According to Decision No. 3759/QD-TLD, the Executive Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor has 28 members, of which Comrade Nguyen Chuong Phat - Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor (old) - holds the position of Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor; Vice Chairmen of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor are comrades: Vu Cao Minh, Phan Huy Cuong.
The Standing Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor includes comrades: Vu Ngoc Anh, Hoang Kim Chi, Duong Tien Dung, Ninh Quang Duong, Hoang Tuan Hai, Dinh Thi Hong Lan, Trieu Thi Thu Nga, Tran Quoc Toan, Pham Thi Xuan.
The Inspection Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor consists of 8 members. Comrade Phan Huy Cuong holds the position of Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Inspection Committee; Comrade Bui Xuan Hai is Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Inspection Committee.
