The new apparatus of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and agencies under the Government has officially come into operation since March 1.
Along with the Central Government, the apparatus of Party agencies and new administrative agencies of localities across the country will also officially come into operation from March 1.
For example, in Hanoi, departments, branches, districts, towns have officially come into operation after streamlining the apparatus.
For many days, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the agencies that have just been merged, merged, and transferred functions and tasks have immediately started to perfect, assign, decentralize, and delegate tasks, ensuring the smooth implementation of the work tasks of the units from the first day of officially coming into operation.
Similarly, on March 3, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee organized the announcement of the decision to merge a number of units subject to streamlining the apparatus, and at the same time appointed and transferred many key officials.
In Dong Nai, this province has completed the arrangement of the provincial government apparatus and agencies and units, ensuring synchronization and unity with the arrangement plan of the Central Government.
Many localities are also continuing to reorganize and streamline the apparatus towards increasing efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency, contributing to creating development momentum in the current practical situation.
Previously, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 439/QD-TTg dated February 26, 2025 promulgating the Plan to implement Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15 dated February 19, 2025 of the National Assembly regulating the handling of a number of issues related to the arrangement of the state apparatus ( Plan).
In accordance with this plan, today (March 3, 2025) is the deadline for ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities and relevant agencies and organizations to organize the development, promulgation of the Resolution implementation plan at ministries, agencies and localities and send the plan to the Ministry of Home Affairs for monitoring and urging implementation.
Thus, this is the deadline for issuing a plan to implement the resolution related to the reorganization of the apparatus at ministries, agencies and localities.
All agencies and organizations must promptly, fully and seriously grasp the contents of Resolution 190 so that the implementation of the Resolution is unified and effective nationwide.
The plan also clearly states that ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities; agencies receiving functions, tasks and powers after implementing the organizational arrangement, shall implement, direct, monitor, urge and guide the disclosure of information specified in Article 12 of Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15 to ensure timeliness, creating conditions for agencies, organizations, individuals and businesses to easily access.
All relevant agencies, organizations and individuals shall receive, respond, guide and answer questions related to the functions, tasks and powers of their agencies when receiving requests and recommendations from agencies, organizations and individuals to ensure the implementation of the principles prescribed in Article 2 of Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15.
