In order to encourage employees to participate in promotion and introduction of labor to work at the company, the Board of Directors approved the labor introduction bonus policy to be applied from July 2025 to the end of September 2025 to all employees of the company (except for management staff, statistics staff and recruitment department). The introduction bonus for recruitment positions as sewing machine operators is 500,000 VND/project (for skilled workers) and 300,000 VND/project (for unskilled workers).

Enterprises increase benefits to attract and retain workers
The Dong Nai Provincial Employment Service Center said that since the beginning of 2025, nearly 3,600 enterprises in the province have reported a need to recruit more than 88,000 workers. The industry needs to recruit many workers such as textiles, footwear, wood furniture, electronics, in which the demand for unskilled labor (untrained) accounts for more than 50%.
Major enterprises operating in the field of leather shoes and textiles such as: Chang Shin Vietnam Company (Tan Trieu Ward), TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park), Elite Long Thanh Company Limited (Long Thanh Commune) continuously recruit workers with an average income of VND9 million/person/month (including salaries and allowances). Many enterprises in Minh Hung - Korea Industrial Park, Minh Hung III Industrial Park, Chon Thanh I Industrial Park, Chon Thanh II Industrial Park are recruiting thousands of workers.
According to the representative of Dong Nai Employment Service Center, currently, unskilled workers have many career options, instead of working as workers, they seek jobs with higher incomes, more freelance, more time to take care of their families such as: Driving a technology car, selling online, being a bricklayer... On the other hand, the general mentality of workers when working at enterprises is to care about immediate income to solve the demands of life.
In the future, the Dong Nai Provincial Employment Service Center will organize fixed and mobile job exchanges; at the same time, introduce businesses to remote areas to recruit workers.
