According to the document, in order to promptly encourage and motivate units and enterprises, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requests that the Labor Federations of provinces and cities and the Central and equivalent industry unions, the Trade Unions of affiliated corporations organize the awarding of Certificates of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to units and enterprises participating in the exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rise Up". The awarding must be solemn, witnessed by the employer, in accordance with the actual conditions of the unit, creating a widespread influence, encouraging the spirit of innovation and creativity of union members and workers.
Along with that, there is a form of timely reward and encouragement for collectives and individuals with achievements in organizing Creative Labor Festivals at their level, with outstanding initiatives and solutions, thereby contributing to spreading the movement of Good workers and creative workers among union members and workers.
In addition, continue to launch and implement activities to promote innovation, strongly apply science and technology, digital transformation to production, business and professional tasks among union members and workers, improve productivity, product quality, contribute to the development of units, enterprises, sectors, localities and the country, achieve the growth target of 8% or more in 2025 and double-digit growth in the following years.
