Ms. Ngo Thi Thuy Trang - Vice President of Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation - said that in recent years, the Trade Union organization has always focused on caring for the material and spiritual life and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Tan ca ket noi" is built from that requirement, creating a space for workers after work to relax, socialize, show their talents, understanding and team spirit.
The Provincial Labor Federation hopes that union members and workers will feel more clearly the companionship of the Trade Union organization. This is a way for Trade Union activities to get closer to union members and workers, especially young workers.
On the first recording day, 6 teams participated in 2 episodes.
Episode 1 includes My Tho Ward Trade Union; My Tra Ward Trade Union (Trade Union of Thuan Long VPP Co., Ltd.) and Cao Lanh Ward Trade Union (Trade Union of Dong Thap Community College). Episode 2 includes Kim Son Commune Trade Union; DOMESCO Medical Import-Export Joint Stock Company and Advance Vietnam Tire Co., Ltd.
On September 13, 9 teams continued to participate in recording 3 episodes.
Accordingly, episode 3 includes My Ngai Ward Trade Union (Trade Union of Dong Thap General Hospital); Trade Union of APACHE Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. and Tan Khanh Trung Commune Trade Union (Trade Union of Phuong Nam Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. MTV).
Episode 4 includes the Trade Union of Trung An Ward (Trade Union of Tien Giang General Hospital); Trade Union of Nghi Phong Joint Venture Co., Ltd. and Trade Union of Ty Thac Co., Ltd.
Episode 5 includes Gia Thuan Commune Trade Union; Cao Lanh Ward Trade Union (Trade Union of Hoa Mai Private Kindergarten) and My Ngai Ward Trade Union (Trade Union of NN Construction Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company).

Gameshow "Tan ca ket noi" includes 3 rounds of competition in the direction of increasing interaction.
Round 1 - "Colors of Workers", teams introduce units, jobs, products, and typical services.
Round 2 - "Understanding to connect" is the legal knowledge test, focusing on contents directly related to workers such as the Labor Code, Trade Union Law, Law on Occupational Safety and Health and related regulations.
Round 3 - "Joining hands to break through", teams compete through physical games, folk games and challenges.
The program also has giao lưu activities with audiences at the studio.
Mr. Pham Van Thai - union member of the Trade Union of Domesco Medical Import-Export Joint Stock Company - shared: "Legal questions are put into situations and games, so they are easier to understand and remember. When placed in a specific situation and then discussed and answered with teammates, I understand the issue more clearly.
It is known that each team participates with 10-15 members. Teams are prepared with costumes suitable for each round of competition.
For rounds 2 and 3, uniforms or identification attire of agencies, units, and businesses are used.
