Ninh Binh - As of December 26, nearly 1,200 enterprises with nearly 350,000 employees in Ninh Binh province have reported on the Tet bonus in 2026.

Ms. Le Thi Hoa - Vice President of Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor - said that the Provincial Federation of Labor has reviewed and compiled data on the salary, bonus and labor relations situation in 2025 of enterprises with grassroots trade union organizations under the management of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

Accordingly, as of December 26, in Ninh Binh province, 1,197 enterprises with 348,209 employees have announced bonuses for the New Year and Lunar New Year 2026.

For the Lunar New Year, 1,197 enterprises have reported Tet bonuses, including 66 LLCs with 100% state-owned capital, the average bonus is 5.3 million VND/person; 75 enterprises with state-contributed capital, the average bonus is 5.5 million VND/person; 655 private enterprises, expected to have an average bonus of 3.4 million VND/person; 399 enterprises with foreign investment capital, expected to have an average bonus of 4.3 million VND/person; 2 public service units with an average bonus of 4.5 million VND/person.

For the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo, among 1,197 enterprises that have announced Tet bonuses, the foreign-invested enterprises have the highest bonus of 40 million VND and the lowest is 6 million VND.
