For 9 enterprises with controlling shares and capital contributions from the State, with 4,844 employees, the average salary in 2025 will reach 10.1 million VND/month; the highest is 68.2 million VND/month, the lowest is 5 million VND/month.
The 2026 Lunar New Year bonus is expected to be an average of 2.4 million VND/person, the highest is 58.3 million VND, the lowest is 300,000 VND. Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus is an average of 10.6 million VND/person, the highest is 58.3 million VND, the lowest is 250,000 VND.
