On April 4, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Ninh Thuan province held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish a grassroots trade union (CDCS) of Innoflow NT Company Limited Branch in Ninh Thuan.
This is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, operating in the garment and cotton stuffed animal processing sector for export, located in Phuoc Nam Industrial Park (Thuan Nam District, Ninh Thuan) and put into operation since January 2025.
According to the representative of the Mobilization Board to establish the grassroots trade union and join the Company's Trade Union organization, with the support and facilitation of the Union of Industrial Zones (Industrial Zones), the Management Board of the Industrial Zones of Ninh Thuan Province and the Board of Directors, the campaign board has coordinated with propaganda units to participate in trade union organizations.
By April 2025, 2,494 workers had voluntarily applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the program, leaders of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor and the Industrial Zones Trade Union presented the decision to admit 2,419 union members and establish the grassroots trade union of Innoflow NT Company Limited Branch in Ninh Thuan.
At the same time, the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Innoflow NT Company Limited Branch in Ninh Thuan was launched, appointing Ms. Quang Thi My Nhung as the provisional Chairwoman of the Trade Union.
Sharing at the ceremony to announce the establishment of the grassroots trade union, Mr. Lee Dong YeoB - Deputy Director of the Company affirmed that the establishment of the trade union organization is a common joy of workers and business leaders.
Through the Trade Union organization, the Party's policies, the State's legal policies, and the Company's policies related to labor management and use are better implemented. This is a motivation to motivate workers to be enthusiastic in production, supporting businesses in production and business activities.
The Company's leaders pledged to do their best to create all favorable conditions for the Trade Union to operate according to regulations. Every month, appropriate time will be arranged for union work, agreeing with the Executive Committee of the Union to effectively resolve issues arising in labor, production, life, and affection of union members.
Congratulating union members and the Trade Union of Innoflow NT Company Limited Branch in Ninh Thuan, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoa - Permanent Vice President of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor requested the Provisional Executive Committee to urgently complete the operating regulations and soon organize a congress to build an effective Trade Union activity program.
Mr. Hoa also assigned the temporary Executive Committee the task of focusing on organizing activities in response to Workers' Month 2025, promoting the role of a bridge, building sustainable labor relations.
