On May 10, the Rach Gia City Labor Federation (Kien Giang) coordinated with the City's Center for Culture, Sports and Radio and Television to organize a sports festival for Workers and Civil Servants (CNVCLD) in Rach Gia City in 2025.
Ms. Tran Thi Thu - President of the City Labor Federation - said: This is a practical activity to compete to achieve many achievements to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth; 50 years of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day and Workers' Month in 2025.

In particular, the sports movement to improve health following the example of great Uncle Ho for civil servants and public employees is always focused on by leaders of grassroots trade unions, industry unions, and units.
The sports festival is a healthy and useful playground to improve physical, improve health, limit disease, repel social evils, train the body to follow Uncle Ho's example, create a new face, new power, and the motivation to develop the physical training and sports movement among the cadres and employees of the city. At the same time, it is also an opportunity for people to exchange, exchange experiences, tighten solidarity between athletes and units, thereby contributing to the work, for the need to enjoy the spiritual life.
This sports festival consists of 74 teams with nearly 800 athletes at the grassroots grassroots, wards, communes, schools and enterprises under the City Labor Federation. The teams participated in the competition with 4 subjects: Men's football (7 people); Badminton (men's doubles, women and men's doubles); Throw the ball into the basket (male and female); Women's steam volleyball.

Ms. Dao Que Huong - the Trade Union of Phan Huy Chu Primary and Secondary School in Rach Gia City - shared: "Our team participated in 2 sports: badminton and throwing.
