Many practical activities associated with the country's events
In recent years, Cua It Aiao Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Uyen City) has had many activities associated with the country's events. In which, Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union plays the role of initiating and spreading for union members and workers to do the same.
In 2024, when the North experienced heavy floods, the Company's Trade Union donated 500 million VND through the Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor to support people in flooded areas. Ms. Le Thi Huong alone contributed 100 million VND, directly working with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to give essential gifts to people in distress.
In the locality, on average, each year, the company's Trade Union supports activities with more than 300 million VND to take care of difficult circumstances, award scholarships to poor students and support the 0 VND market program.
Recently, the company supported the family of N.N.L (born in 2015, residing in Bach Dang commune), who has leukemia and is in particularly difficult circumstances.
In addition, the grassroots trade union organizes many activities associated with the country's socio-political events. On the occasion of April 30, the Trade Union organized a flag-raising program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day. More than 1,000 workers wearing red and yellow standard shirts paid tribute to the flag, sang the National Anthem and recalled the process of the resistance war for national independence and freedom.
In May 2025, the Trade Union solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday. Hundreds of workers wear black pants, white shirts, red scarves, and come to the company earlier than usual with the mindset of being children and grandchildren, always following the example of the great Uncle Ho.
Ms. Le Thi Huong shared that currently, the Trade Union is continuing to cherish the organization of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of the upcoming September 2 holiday. According to Ms. Huong, the unit organizing such activities hopes to educate traditions and arouse the love of homeland among workers.
Encouraging creative labor among workers
The enthusiasm of the female union president has inspired workers in the company. The commemorative programs were seriously implemented by all workers in emotion.
Ms. Le Thi Lan - Customer Service Department of the company - shared: "Many activities to celebrate the country's major holidays at the company are held very solemnly. We workers have a moment to take a moment to reflect on the values of the country's history. Such activities are possible thanks to Ms. Le Thi Huong. Ms. Huong has conveyed information and messages about love for the homeland to workers.
Mr. Dao Dinh Tho - Head of Safety Department in the company also confided: "Since I joined the company, on major national holidays, I have seen the Trade Union always respond to the implementation with local authorities. Through such activities, I see Ms. Huong as a leading role model. Remembering that we, the workers, always remember the history and contributions of previous generations that made the history of the country.
In addition, Ms. Le Thi Huong also launched an emulation movement, arousing creative labor among workers. Most notably, the emulation movement of "good workers, creative workers", in each department, there are inventions and improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Thereby, workers are rewarded and have more income to take care of their families.
Advising on many welfare for workers
As Chairwoman of the Trade Union, Ms. Le Thi Huong advised the company's board of directors to implement many welfare policies for employees. Union members in difficulty are supported by the company. Every month, the company and the grassroots trade union organize the "Union Meal" program. On holidays of the year, workers are always rewarded with lucky money to encourage and motivate them.
