On May 19, at Hall 2.9 (Pleiku City), the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Trade Unions at all levels in the province have seriously implemented the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, positively affecting the results of implementing the task of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security and building an increasingly strong local political system.
Depending on the tasks of each agency, unit, and enterprise in each field and profession, the Trade Unions at all levels in the province have creatively and flexibly combined the study and work of following Uncle Ho with appropriate patriotic emulation campaigns and movements.
Since then, there have been many good models, creative ways, collective examples and individuals, creating positive effects, spreading widely in each locality, unit and industry such as: "Good labor, creative labor"; "Technical innovation"; "Good advice, good service"; "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and sanitation"; "Good at water - housework"; "Good teaching - good learning"; "Doctors like a gentle mother" ...
In particular, through the "Union Shelter" housing program, from 2016 to present, the Trade Unions at all levels have mobilized and supported the construction and repair of 250 houses for union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total cost of more than 8.5 billion VND.
After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, trade unions in the whole province have been awarded 2 emulation flags by the Prime Minister, 1 certificate of merit; The Propaganda Department and the Central Mobilization Committee awarded a certificate of merit; The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded 17 emulation flags, 155 certificates of merit; 6 equals "creative labor"; The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented 5 emulation flags, 336 certificates of merit; The provincial Labor Federation awarded 43 emulation flags, 1,853 certificates of merit.
On this occasion, in order to recognize and honor outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period of 2016 - 2025, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 35 collectives and 100 individuals of all levels of trade unions in the whole province.
