According to the assessment of the Vietnam Agricultural and Environmental Trade Union, at Safoco Food and Food Joint Stock Company, the Good at Water Affairs and Good at Home Affairs movement has become a prominent highlight, creating a strong impression in the unit's sustainable development journey. In particular, from the movement, human values are nurtured and spread.
The Company's Trade Union always focuses on taking care of the lives and protecting the legitimate rights of female workers. Every year, on the occasion of International Women's Day, Vietnamese Women's Day, and Children's Day, the Trade Union organizes many meaningful activities, giving gifts to encourage women and children of workers with a total amount of billions of VND. From 2020 to 2025, nearly 700 students have received Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships with an amount of nearly 770 million VND, contributing to encouraging the spirit of studiousness.
An activity that female workers respond to and look forward to is a periodic, specialized health check-up for female workers. Thereby helping women understand their own health and contribute to protecting the long-term health of female workers.
Along with caring for life, Safoco is also a pioneer in social - charity work. From 2020 to mid-2025, the Trade Union has mobilized billions of VND to support the prevention of Covid-19 epidemics; build houses of gratitude, solidarity houses; support people in disaster areas; contribute to the Ho Chi Minh City Fund "For the Poor" and many other charitable activities.
These activities both demonstrate a sense of community responsibility, are educational, and spread profound human values in the Safoco employee community, especially among women.
