According to the decision just announced, Nam Dinh City Labor Federation will dissolve 154 grassroots trade unions of the administrative sector under this unit and terminate the positions of grassroots trade union officials for the 2023 - 2028 term from May 31, 2025.
In recent times, the Nam Dinh City Labor Union has always closely followed the leadership and direction of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the City Party Committee, mobilizing union members and workers to implement emulation programs and movements, and actively participate in the city's socio-economic development.
The City Labor Federation also promotes its role in representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; actively participating in building the Party and government.
At the same time, constantly improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda, dissemination, education and law work to raise awareness and sense of compliance with the policies and laws of the Party and State; strengthen the organization of activities to care for female workers.
In addition, the active coordination of trade unions and enterprises pledges to "Ensure benefits - Better benefits" for workers, constantly ensuring and further improving the material and spiritual life of workers.
On this occasion, the City Labor Federation also awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in the 2024 - 2025 school year. In particular, Phung Chi Kien Secondary School was honored to receive the Emulation Flag for the unit with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building a strong trade union organization.
The Provincial Federation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 14 collectives with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in the 2024 - 2025 school year. The City Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 58 collectives and 133 individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
