The total teaching hours of all teachers/school year include: The total teaching hours of all teachers on the salary list of educational institutions (excluding teachers sent to secondment schools and teachers sent to teach in inter-schools)/school year; the total teaching hours of teachers sent to secondment schools (if any)/school year; the total teaching hours of teachers sent to teach in inter-schools (if any)/school year.

Number of extra teaching hours of teachers/school year = (Tuanum of teaching hours calculated as actual/school year) - (Norm of teaching hours/school year).
In which:
The total number of teaching hours that are actually counted/school year includes: actual teaching hours/school year; number of teaching hours converted/school year according to regulations (if any); number of teaching hours added/school year according to regulations (if any); number of teaching hours reduced/school year according to regulations (if any); number of teaching hours included in the number of hours of sufficient teaching/school year (if any);
For teachers assigned to teach inter-schools, the total number of teaching hours that are actually calculated/school year is calculated at all educational institutions in which teachers participate in teaching.
Typical teaching hours/school year for preschool teachers = (Norm teaching hours/day) x (Number of working days/week) x (Number of teaching weeks/school year);
The teaching hours/school year norms for teachers of other educational institutions are implemented according to current regulations on the working regime of teachers;
In case there are no regulations on the teaching hours/school year norms for teachers, the head of the educational institution shall prescribe in writing after reaching agreement with the board of directors, management board or school council.
At the same time, according to information from the draft, based on the maximum number of tutoring hours in a school year, the educational institution is paid for tutoring wages and the number of tutoring hours of each teacher, the head of the educational institution shall decide the number of tutoring hours of each teacher to be paid to ensure the principle prescribed in Clause 7, Article 3 of this Circular.
