On May 11, the Trade Union of Nghe Tinh Railway Exploitation Branch organized the 2026 Sports Tournament.
This is a practical activity in response to Workers' Month 2026, and also towards the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026).
The sports tournament is organized to promote the movement of physical training and sports; improve the spiritual life of officials, employees, and workers throughout the Branch. At the same time, create conditions for units to exchange, learn, and strengthen the spirit of solidarity in labor and production.
According to the Organizing Committee, the 2026 volleyball and pickleball tournament of Nghe Tinh Railway Exploitation Branch has 60 athletes participating in competition. Athletes competed enthusiastically and enthusiastically, dedicating many attractive matches, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among officials, union members, and workers.
Through the tournament, the Branch Trade Union wishes to build a healthy and useful playground, contributing to creating motivation for officials, employees, and workers to continue striving and successfully complete assigned tasks.
On this occasion, the Nghe Tinh Railway Exploitation Branch presented gifts to 11 workers in difficult circumstances. At the same time, gifts from Vietnam Railways Corporation were presented to 345 workers in the unit.
At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to teams and individuals with high achievements; and praised the spirit of training and competing wholeheartedly of the athletes.
