The Tien Cat social housing project was approved for investment policy by Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, allocating land according to regulations with the goal of building a spacious and synchronous social housing area and receiving state support in price according to social housing policy.
The project is built in Thanh Cong area, Thanh Mieu ward - the urban center, with an advantage in infrastructure connection when directly connected to many external traffic routes according to the plan, with a road surface scale from 7 - 7.5m.
The above project has a total investment capital of 452 billion VND; land use area of more than 4,700m2; construction land area of 1,860m2 including a 15-story above-ground building, 2 basements and auxiliary works. Construction floor area of nearly 35,000m2; usable area of 18,700m2 with 316 apartments with areas from 29 - 77m2, meeting the housing needs of about 1,000 people.
It is expected that the project will be completed and put into use no later than June 30, 2027.

This is the 13th social housing project in the province implemented under the Government's social housing development program, and also the 7th project of Phu Tho province after the merger.
When completed, the project will not only supplement the social housing fund with appropriate prices, contributing to solving housing needs for people, officials, workers, and laborers in the area, but also create architectural highlights, complete urban infrastructure, and promote socio-economic development of the locality.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van requested the investor to focus resources to implement the project to ensure quality and progress as committed at a reasonable cost.
At the same time, strictly comply with the provisions of law on planning, land, construction investment, environmental protection and related regulations, soon put the project into use, and promote investment efficiency.
