Previously, in the case of patient B.H (51 years old, Indonesian nationality) while checking a defective paper press in the enterprise (My Xuan headquarters, Phu My city), the machine suddenly resumed operation, pressing both legs. The accident caused the right foot to completely break off; the left leg was almost severed.
When the patient was transferred to Ba Ria Hospital, Dr. Phan Van Tu, in charge of the surgery, activated the emergency procedure, performed intensive resuscitation and blood transfusion for the patient.
