On May 4, information from the Navy Command said that agencies and units directly under Naval Region 3 had just organized a rally to respond to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in 2026.
In 2026, the Action Month for OSH is implemented with the theme "Innovating management and improving the effectiveness of OSH work in the digital age".
On that basis, Naval Region 3 determines to promote propaganda and education to raise awareness and sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers regarding OSH, occupational disease prevention (PCBNN), ensuring strict compliance with legal regulations, procedures, and safety rules in training, labor, and work.
Agencies and units should focus on developing specific action plans, focusing on improving working conditions, strengthening fire and explosion prevention and control, proactively preventing labor accidents and occupational diseases. At the same time, strictly maintain the technical day regime for weeks, months, and quarters; promote initiatives to improve logistics - technical work; manage, exploit, and use weapons and technical equipment (VKTBKT) in accordance with regulations and procedures, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of task implementation.
