The Trade Union of Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien Commune) has launched a series of meaningful activities towards celebrating the Vietnam Trade Union's Founding Day. According to the company's grassroots union representative, in addition to the online multiple-choice contest attracting over 2,000 workers, the grassroots union also promptly expressed gratitude to workers who have made many contributions to the work and presented over 3,000 gifts to union members. Similarly, the trade union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward) said that the unit has just organized a gift giving ceremony for 35,000 gifts to employees on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the company's establishment and the 96th anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union. Each employee of the company is given a ballot with the company's logo.
Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc, Chairman of the company's Trade Union, informed about the activities organized towards the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), while contributing to improving the spiritual and material life of employees in the entire company.
Giving Trade Union Shelters to Workers
In recent days, union officials and leaders of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu ward) have traveled hundreds of kilometers to Dak Lak province to visit, give gifts and give Union Shelters to union members with housing difficulties. The Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. also organizes activities to support workers in difficult circumstances, organizes collective birthdays, and supports workers in borrowing capital to improve their lives, which is promoted by the grassroots trade union in July 2025.
Ms. Bui Thi Bich Thuy - Vice President in charge of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor - said that in the last months of 2025, the provincial union will continue to closely follow the practical life, work, and income of workers to effectively implement key tasks. In particular, focusing on coordinating with functional sectors to monitor the implementation of labor laws, trade unions, salary policies, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance at enterprises. At the same time, direct grassroots trade unions to coordinate with employers to organize periodic dialogues, implement democratic regulations, negotiate and supervise the implementation of collective labor agreements. The trade union also promotes legal consultation activities, resolving labor disputes; carefully preparing for the Lunar New Year and Lunar New Year 2026, especially paying attention to workers in difficulty, those who have had work accidents, serious illnesses or have been away from home for many years without the conditions to return for Tet.
Currently, Dong Nai province has 52 industrial parks, with more than 2,200 grassroots unions and about 750,000 union members. The merger of the two provinces has not only increased the size of the workforce but also opened up new development space, attracting more businesses to expand production, creating thousands of stable jobs for workers.
