According to the reporter's records at noon on July 23, in the Company's kitchen, the cooking stages are clean. The kitchen area, chefs, and service staff are equipped with clothes and hygienic tools.

The food trays and household items are neatly arranged, cooked food is divided clearly in parts, covered to ensure hygiene and safety. This company has a frozen warehouse, sample storage warehouse, and dry goods.
At around 11:30, workers arrived to receive their portions, dishes according to the lunch menu of July 23 including: Dried fish, nem, pickled melons, soup, and desserts such as jelly and yogurt.

Talking to reporters, workers here said that many workers have not yet returned to the kitchen due to concerns after the incident on July 21.
According to this group of workers, there are currently no conclusions from the authorities, the company or the supplier have not explained the reason why there are foreign objects appearing in the rice tray, making them worried.

Responding to workers' questions, a representative of Life Brige Company Limited said that on July 23, the unit will work with the Lao Cai Provincial Department of Health to have a specific conclusion on the origin and cause of the incident. After that, information will be provided to the company as well as the authorities.
A representative of Life Brige Company Limited admitted that there were errors in the operating process and expressed an apology for the above incident. At the same time, he pledged to be responsible for the incident as well as learn from the profound experience in the steps and cooking processes, limiting risky cooking ingredients.

At the meeting, Mr. Phan Huy Cuong - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation stated: The above incident was partly due to Life Brige Company Limited.
"Why did the unit not seal all the guava and change it to other types of flowers and desserts when it discovered that the guava fruit was damaged? Meanwhile, only certain fruits are left, the rest are given to workers for use, said Mr. Cuong.

According to the leader of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, the most important thing at present is to clarify where the insects in the rice tray come from? Why is it in the meat of workers? Then clearly answer in writing, clarify the responsibility of each stage and each person to reassure the workers.
Responding to a reporter's question about the sample storage process, a representative of Life Brige Company Limited said that according to the unit's sample storage regulation, it is 48 hours. However, due to sample storage conditions, Unico Global Company Limited has been able to store samples for 24 hours.

When the authorities came to check the lunch sample on July 21, the sample was out of stock. The origin of the insects in the rice tray was determined from the fallen guava fruit, which had not yet affected the health of the workers. Therefore, the authorities did not take samples for inspection.
