The 2025 Workers' Day is a meaningful activity organized by the Trade Union of Vienergy Company Limited to create a playground for exchange, shopping, exchanging and strengthening solidarity among the collective of employees at the company.
Participating in the 2025 Workers' Festival are not only union members and workers working at the company but also the participation and support of families and relatives of union members and workers.
The program was organized with many meaningful activities such as art performances, sports games, shopping tours at booths. The organizing committee also arranged playgrounds for children of union members and workers.
Also at the program, the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor presented 50 gifts worth 800,000 VND/gift to union members and employees in difficult circumstances at the company.
Ms. Vu Thi Hai Yen - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Vienergy Company Limited - said that this is an opportunity for the collective of employees in the Company to exchange, learn, share experiences, and strengthen colleagues.
In addition to games and vibrant sports activities, the booths also offer many rich and diverse products, meeting the shopping needs of workers.
"In particular, the festival is an opportunity for relatives to better understand the work and working environment of workers. From there, families and relatives can share, sympathize and accompany employees in life, creating a stronger connection between the Company, the Trade Union, employees and the family" - Ms. Yen shared.
The 2025 Workers' Day is a testament to the deep concern of the Union and the Company's Board of Directors for the material and spiritual life of union members and employees.
