In the first 6 months of 2025, leaders of the Central Government, provincial leaders, trade unions at all levels of Thanh Hoa province, agencies, units and enterprises visited, encouraged and presented gifts to 215,177 union members and workers with a total amount of more than 215 billion VND.
Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor alone has supported the construction and repair of 102 "Union Shelters" with a total cost of VND4.133 billion, contributing to helping workers in difficult circumstances settle down and stabilize their lives.
In addition, trade unions at all levels have organized many exciting and diverse cultural, artistic, and sports activities at the grassroots, inter-cluster and higher-level levels. These activities attract a large number of union members and workers to participate, becoming a healthy playground, creating conditions for workers to exercise and improve their spiritual life after work.
Through practical care activities and a widespread cultural and sports movement, the trade union has contributed significantly to creating motivation, arousing the spirit of excitement and peace of mind for production, competing to successfully complete assigned tasks.
At the same time, promote the intelligence and creativity of the team of workers, civil servants and laborers in the sustainable development of agencies, units, enterprises and localities.
