From practical emulation movements, the Trade Union of Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company has created a vibrant competitive atmosphere among all employees, contributing significantly to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
Mr. Truong Van Tuyen - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union - shared that from the beginning of the term, the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union has proactively followed the direction of the superior Trade Union and the orientation of the Company's Board of Directors to implement many specific action programs.

The trade union always closely grasps the thoughts, lives, jobs, income, and labor relations of employees. At the same time, supervise the payment of salaries, bonuses, benefits and fully implement social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance regimes for employees. Thanks to that, 100% of employees are eligible to sign contracts and participate in all types of insurance according to regulations, ensured a safe and clean working environment, and feel secure in sticking with the business for a long time.
"One of the bright spots is the emulation movements for good and creative workers among all employees at the Company. Under the direction and encouragement of the Trade Union, hundreds of employees have proactively researched, proposed initiatives, proposed solutions to improve productivity, reduce costs and improve working conditions in the Company" - Mr. Tuyen shared.
According to Mr. Tuyen, in the period of 2020 - 2025, there have been more than 400 initiatives of union members and employees in the Company participating in the Program "75 thousand initiatives to overcome difficulties, develop" and "1 million initiatives to strive to overcome difficulties, determined to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
In particular, the Company's Trade Union and three individuals with outstanding initiatives were awarded certificates of merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor. Nearly 100 technical initiatives of employees have been applied in practice, helping to reduce production costs, bringing billions of VND in benefits to businesses.
Along with the emulation movement for good workers and creative workers, the Company's Trade Union also promotes the movement "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene". The safety and hygiene network in the Company is strengthened and operates effectively. Safety training programs, equipment inspection, and labor environment inspection are implemented regularly.
The Trade Union has developed regulations on rewards for occupational safety and hygiene, launched the construction of a "safe culture" with the motto "picking up workers when they return home safely". Thereby, employees' awareness of labor safety is enhanced, the working environment is increasingly clean, beautiful, and friendly, contributing to building a green - safe - sustainable business image.
The movements "Good at public work - Good at housework" and "Skilled mass mobilization" were widely implemented, encouraging female union members to strive, promote their abilities in work and family life, thereby appearing many typical examples that were commended by all levels.
