Regarding the case of a student in Soc Son commune being bullied by a group of students, on October 20, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training sent a document to the People's Committee of Soc Son commune, the People's Committee of Kim Anh commune, Minh Phu High School, and the Soc Son Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center to coordinate in handling the case.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training requests the People's Committees of Soc Son and Kim Anh communes to direct relevant units to strictly handle acts of school violence (if any); report the results to the Department.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training also requested Minh Phu High School and the Soc Son Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center to coordinate with relevant units in Soc Son and Kim Anh communes to verify, clarify and strictly handle violations (if any).

At the same time, units and schools need to strengthen propaganda and education on ethics, lifestyle, behavioral skills, awareness of law compliance and school rules among students.

On the same afternoon, Minh Phu High School reported to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training regarding the incident. Accordingly, after learning about the incident, the school sent information to Soc Son Commune Police for verification.

According to the verification results, the incident occurred on October 15. The victim was identified as N.D.H, a 10th grade student at Minh Phu High School.

The remaining group of 6 people in the clip were born from 2007 to 2010, all in Soc Son commune, including 2 students in grade 10 at the Soc Son Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center.

The school's board of directors, homeroom teachers and representatives of parents visited student N.D.H's family to visit and encourage them. Up to now, H has returned to normal schooling.

Previously, a clip circulating on social media recorded a scene of a male student being surrounded by a group of students, constantly scolded, and grabbed by the knee.

Notably, a young man in the group forced the male student to crawl to the back of the car and swallow the motorbike's license plate. When the male student hesitated, the young man kicked him in the face.

In the end, the male student had to follow the group's request, but was still beaten.

The clip was shared, causing many social media users to be outraged and indignant at the actions of the group of students.
