According to the Ho Chi Minh City Police Trade Union (CĐCATP), in August and September 2026, the CĐCATP coordinated to organize 2 programs "Workers' Day with Law and Security, Order 2026".
The festival is implemented in coordination with professional departments of Ho Chi Minh City Police and the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, aiming to bring propaganda and dissemination of laws closer to workers and laborers; and equip them with knowledge and skills to prevent crime, ensure security, order and safety in life.
On the morning of September 6, the festival was held at Tan Tao Industrial Park (Ho Chi Minh City), with the participation of more than 500 workers and laborers.
The propaganda content focuses on practical issues, close to workers' lives: The "Say No to Drugs" topic helps workers identify the harmful effects of drugs and disguised drug forms; the "Network Security" topic equips skills to recognize and prevent methods and tricks of fraud and high-tech crime.

Notably, the "Traffic Safety" content is organized in the form of minigames combined with videos and real traffic situations, helping legal knowledge become visual, vivid, easy to remember and easy to apply.
In addition to legal propaganda, the Day is also associated with activities to care for the lives of workers. The Organizing Committee presented 50 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances; The Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police presented 20 scholarships to children of workers in difficult circumstances who are diligent and study well.
Previously, on August 9, the City Police Trade Union organized a festival with the participation of more than 500 workers and laborers in the city. The program has propagated, disseminated, and educated on the law, raising awareness of vigilance and crime prevention skills for union members and laborers at VSIP Industrial Park (An Phu ward, Ho Chi Minh City). Through propaganda, exchange and visual activities, workers were provided with knowledge about drug prevention and control, crime and social evils; ensuring traffic order and safety; identifying tricks to lure and incite people to cause insecurity and disorder, contributing to building a safe and stable working environment.
According to the City Police Trade Union, the 2 festival days organized attracted more than 1,000 workers and laborers to participate.
