Ninh Binh - On April 1, leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor visited and presented support money to build union shelters for union members in difficult circumstances in the area.

Representatives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, leaders of the Department of Health, and the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Trade Union visited and presented 40 million VND to support the family of Ms. Dao Thi Lien, born in 1978 (residing in Nam Thanh Ward, Hoa Lu City, Ninh Binh). This is the amount of money supported by the Vietnam Transport Trade Union under the coordination program between the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor and the Vietnam Transport Trade Union for the period 2024 - 2028.

Ms. Lien is currently a member of the Ninh Binh General Hospital Trade Union. It is known that Ms. Lien's family is one of the cases with especially difficult circumstances. Her husband passed away early, and her two young children both have congenital diseases.

For many years, the mother and child have had to rent a house, she alone had to work hard to complete the work at the hospital, while having to shoulder the burden of raising her two young children to study and taking care of their medical expenses.

In 2024, with the help of relatives in the family and additional loans, she bought a separate plot of land but did not have the ability or economic conditions to build a house.

Understanding the difficulties and hardships of her family, as well as the circumstances of her family, the Vietnam Transport Trade Union and the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor have supported Ms. Lien's family with 40 million VND, along with support and help from relatives, local authorities and the Hospital Trade Union. Up to now, Ms. Lien's family has built and completed the fortress house to stabilize their lives.

"This is the joy and dream of my mother and I over the past time. Living in a new, solid and spacious house, the lives of my 3 mother and children will be more stable, I myself will feel secure in my work to take care of their children's education" - Ms. Lien shared.
