On March 13, at Tan Huong Industrial Park (Tan Huong commune, Dong Thap province), Freeview Industrial Vietnam Co., Ltd. (the company) organized the 2026 Employee Conference.

Freeview Industrial Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established on April 22, 2011 as a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, specializing in producing sports shoes and raw materials to supply the shoe industry, with more than 21,000 employees.
In the past year, despite facing many general fluctuations in the sports shoe export industry, the enterprise still maintained stable growth and ensured income for workers. Employment and wages of more than 21,000 workers averaged more than 11,129,366 VND/person/month. Leaders regularly meet and promptly resolve legitimate rights and interests for workers and implement the care and protection of the rights of union members, workers, and laborers with a total amount of over 30 billion VND; coordinate with the Provincial Labor Federation and the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Thap to give over 5,500 gifts with a total value of 1.3 billion VND at the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party", participate in buying goods at the Trade Union Tet Market,... for workers. In particular, the movement "Good Labor, Creative Labor" continues to promote the effectiveness of 05 solutions, initiatives, and technical improvements.

At the Conference, employees are allowed to participate, dialogue and decide on issues directly related to their rights. Businesses organize 02-level employee conferences annually and periodically dialogue at least 2 times/year, to record and respond to recommendations from grassroots levels. In addition to salaries, businesses also pay many allowances such as meals, housing, travel, childcare, attendance, etc. Businesses do not owe salaries, fully implement annual leave, pay salaries on time and publicly.
Mr. Vo Van Thoai, working at the Company, said that at the Conference, he was given opinions and concerns that he was interested in. When the business answered each specific issue and committed to improving the limitations that workers mentioned, he was very reassured. "Being able to meet business leaders, grasp production plans and directly dialogue with business leaders, we learned more useful information, thereby clearly understanding our responsibilities, roles and rights in labor production. At the same time, we can express our aspirations so that businesses understand and share in a timely manner" - Mr. Thoai said.
The Conference voted to agree with the content discussed and agreed at the Conference: Agree with the 2026 Collective Labor Agreement signed by the Company Director and representatives of the Collective Labor Force with effect for 3 years from the date of signing; Agree with changes in the content in the Regulations and rules submitted to the Conference; The Conference elected 27 members representing the collective labor force to participate in the 2026 Periodic Dialogue Group.

At the conference, Vice Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation - Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan, shared: Grassroots trade unions need to continue to promote their role and function in coordinating with business owners to organize periodic dialogues to grasp opinions and answer questions from workers. Through this, workers will better understand the business, grasp the situation and production plans to work with businesses to perform well in production tasks and goals in the year.
