On March 4, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Mai Ward coordinated with the Ward Trade Union to organize a meeting between voters and candidates for delegates of the People's Council of Dong Mai Ward, term XXII, 2026–2031.
Attending the conference were representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Mai ward; ward trade union; candidates for delegates of the People's Council of Dong Mai ward, term XXII, along with more than 200 voters who are officials, workers, laborers, representatives of grassroots trade unions in Dong Mai Industrial Park and representatives of 22 neighborhoods in the area.

At the conference, candidates representing the Ward People's Council presented the action program, and listened to and absorbed voters' opinions and recommendations.
The conference took place in a lively and frank atmosphere. Many voters expressed their desire for the locality to pay attention to controlling and stabilizing rents.
Some opinions suggested that the government and trade union organizations continue to pay attention to investing and developing facilities to serve workers such as kindergartens, schools for workers' children, cultural and sports areas, workers' cultural houses... to create community living spaces and improve the spiritual life of workers after working hours.
Voters also proposed to strengthen security and order in industrial parks and worker dormitories; resolutely fight against black credit activities, contributing to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
Voters expressed their expectation that the ward People's Council delegates, after being elected, will continue to advise and strengthen supervision of the implementation of policies to care for life and improve working and living conditions for the local labor force.
