News from the Trade Union of Huong Tra Ward, Da Nang City on March 31st said: Implementing the 2026 work program, the Da Nang City Vocational Education and Farmer Support Center has organized the 2026 Conference of civil servants and employees to assess the results of task implementation in 2025, and propose directions, tasks and solutions for implementation in 2026.
In 2025, despite facing many difficulties due to the impact of weather, markets and the implementation of the 2-level local government model, the Center still achieved many outstanding results.
Service activities to support farmers have been effectively implemented, especially the fertilizer supply program in the form of deferred payment with an output of more than 8,600 tons, with a total value of over 126 billion VND, contributing to improving productivity and production efficiency for farmer members.
In addition, the Center actively implements production linkage models according to the value chain, applying scientific and technical advances to agricultural production; gradually building product brands and improving income for farmers. Financial work is carried out publicly and transparently. The lives and incomes of officials and employees continue to improve.
The emulation movement in 2025 was widely deployed, achieving many positive results; 100% of officials and employees completed their tasks well, many individuals achieved the title of grassroots emulation soldier and had recognized initiatives and experiences.
The conference also frankly acknowledged some shortcomings and limitations, and at the same time focused on discussing and proposing many practical solutions to improve the quality of vocational training, expand service activities to support farmers, and strengthen links with businesses and cooperatives to develop production according to the value chain in the coming time.
Speaking to direct the conference, Ms. Le Thi Minh Tam - Chairwoman of the Da Nang City Farmers' Association acknowledged and praised the results that the Center achieved in 2025.
At the same time, orienting some key tasks in 2026, emphasizing the requirement to continue to innovate and improve the quality of operations, closely following the political tasks of the City Farmers' Association.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Chairman of the Huong Tra Ward Trade Union highly appreciated the solidarity and responsibility of the Center collective; requested the unit to continue to promote its role in supporting farmers at the grassroots level, strengthen coordination with localities, contributing to the effective implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the area.
The Conference launched the emulation movement in 2026 with the determination to excellently complete the assigned tasks; passed the Conference Resolution with high consensus of all officials and employees.
