On March 2, at Sa Dec Industrial Park, Dong Thap Province, the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones organized the "Creative Delicious Tea" contest.
Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - President of the Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - President of the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones and more than 100 union members are contestants and supporters of the contest.
This is a practical activity of the Trade Union organization towards the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day, the 1985 anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung uprising and the International Day of Happiness (March 20, 2025).
Speaking to welcome delegates, guests and contestants, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan emphasized: "This is not only a healthy playground for union members, workers and laborers to have the opportunity to exchange experiences to cook nutritious, refreshing sweet soup, improve the health and proficiency of union members and laborers in the fields of culture, cuisine, etc., but also an opportunity to contribute to enhancing the spirit of solidarity between union members and laborers in industrial parks".
There are 15 teams with 60 contestants from affiliated grassroots trade unions participating in the contest. With a spirit of fun as the main ingredient, the teams entered the match with an exciting and enthusiastic atmosphere. Everything was carefully prepared, meticulously from materials and ideas, so it accelerated right after the command was issued.
Through skillful hands and creativity in housework art, the teams have turned the usual ingredients and familiar sweet soups into special things but not losing the inherent folkiness.
After 60 minutes, the teams completed the competition excellently, quickly showing that the dishes not only ensure hygiene, food safety, are rich in nutrients and are especially presented attractively and beautifully with meaningful names
... In addition, the teams also have a very convincing presentation about their team's sweet soups. The teams are almost on par.
Therefore, although the judges are culinary experts and have a lot of experience, it is still very difficult to choose the top team.
After a period of consultation, the first prize was awarded to the joint venture of Nghi Phong Joint Venture Company Limited and Soletec Company Limited; the second prize went to the two teams of Hidico Company and Vietnam Palt Company Limited. There were 3 teams that won the Third Prize and 9 teams that won the Encouragement Prize.
The atmosphere of the contest was filled with joy and excitement. Each sweet soup is not only delicious but also contains stories and loving messages sent to women on the occasion of International Women's Day 8/3 and International Day of Happiness (March 20, 2025.
