On March 5, according to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Electronic Information Portal, the Politburo's Inspection Team No. 1922 on April 4 had a working session with the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to grasp the situation, urge, guide and inspect a number of key topics of work in 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
At the meeting, Mr. Tran Viet Truong - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Deputy Head of the Inspection Team - announced Decision No. 1922-QDNS/TW, dated February 14, 2025 of the Politburo to establish the Inspection Team of the Politburo, the Secretariat for the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee.
According to the report of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, regarding the summary of the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has established a Steering Committee, resolutely directing agencies and units to urgently review and reorganize the internal apparatus.
After reorganizing and perfecting in the spirit of Resolution No. 18, the province has established Party Committees of the Provincial Party agencies, the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee; merged the Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; reduced 1/6 of the specialized advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee; 15 districts, towns and cities have merged the Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; 10/15 district-level units, 89/180 commune-level units have piloted the Party Committee's secretary and Chairman of the People's Council; The Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and local governments have also reorganized, reorganized, and reduced the number of heads, deputy heads and units.
Up to now, the province has reorganized commune-level administrative units from 184 communes to 180 communes; reduced from 2,481 villages, hamlets and residential groups to 2,198 villages, hamlets and residential groups. By 2021, Dak Lak province had completed a plan to streamline the payroll by 10% compared to 2015.
At the meeting, members of the Inspection Team also expressed their opinions and requested the province to clarify further the following issues: solutions to achieve growth of 8% or more; disbursement progress of public investment capital; implementation of 3 national target programs in the province; mobilization of private investment capital; arrangement and streamlining of internal units of agencies and units; concretization of socio-economic development projects of the province associated with regional economic development and development of science and technology, digital transformation; investment in the construction of provincial innovation centers; application of information technology in activities; direction for projects under construction at district and commune levels...
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Tran Viet Truong highly appreciated the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee for closely following the outline as required by the Politburo to develop a report to ensure quality and progress;
Propose that the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee thoroughly grasp the Party's guiding viewpoint, from the inspection work of the superior level to transform its inspection order, review and self-assess the correct status, results, shortcomings, limitations, discover new models, good practices, make recommendations and proposals with focus, key points, strategic and feasible nature; continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, improve the quality of inspection and supervision work, avoid formality.
With the spirit of "running and lining up at the same time", Dak Lak province needs to urgently implement, clearly assign people and tasks, mobilize and use investment capital well, regularly inspect and supervise to complete the contents as required by the Politburo.
