The program was organized in 2 forms online and in person with the participation of more than 60 teams and the participation of Jury members to answer questions and problems that the teams did not fully understand, along with advice and words of encouragement to help the teams have the best competitive spirit.
The preliminary round will take place on October 11-12, 2025 at the headquarters of the Bien Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union; The Final round will take place on October 19, 2025 at Dong Nai Provincial Square, Tan Trieu Ward.
According to information from the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025), the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor launched and organized a Festival for female union members and workers with the theme "Dong Nai Women - Confidently integrate" through 2 competitions.
Ao Dai and Ao Ba fashion contest with the theme "Dream women of the past and present" and Photo contest with the theme: "Dong Nai female workers - Beauty in work".
In the series of activities of the festival, depending on the actual situation, the Provincial Federation of Labor will coordinate with sectors, units, and enterprises in the area to organize care activities for female workers and civil servants such as: fashion hair cutting, facial care spa and OCOP booths, booths serving products for women and some essential products in the family.
