The " caring Ao Dai" model is implemented in the form of a campaign to give away used Ao Dai, no longer suitable to the needs and figure of the owner, then edited, rounded and sold at a symbolic price at the "Shopping Market - Countryside Market in the Heart of the City" every Sunday. All proceeds will be added to the " caring Ao Dai" Fund to give to women and children in need.
In just a short time of launching, the model has received the attention and response of many cadres, members, agencies, units, schools, wards and people in the area. The model management board said that the Association received hundreds of ao dai and many other outfits, which were sent back on the launch day.
Speaking at the program, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Women's Union of Le Chan Ward hoped to continue to receive the cooperation, spreading the spirit of "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" to maintain the model sustainably and bring many humanistic values to the community.
