Organizing many meaningful activities during Workers' Month 2025
On April 23, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and the Provincial Labor Federation held a launching ceremony for Workers' Month - Action Month on occupational safety and health in 2025.
With the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering in entering a new era" and "Strengthening assessment, identification of risks and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace" along with practical activities of trade unions at all levels will be a source of encouragement for union members and workers to unite and enthusiastically work and produce.
In the month of workers 2025, the Trade Union of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province planned to organize a series of significant activities such as: "Creative worker, firmly confidently enter the new era"; The program "Dialogue in May"; The forum "Party with workers - workers with the Party" and the program "Thank you for workers". On this occasion, trade union levels also promote propaganda and disseminating activities in union members and employees on the resolutions and action programs of trade union organizations; Propagating the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, reunification of the country, 135 years of President Ho Chi Minh's birth, 80 years of the August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Many union members are supported, encouraged and motivated during Workers' Month
During the launching ceremony, the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Federation of Labor also organized the presentation of 50 gifts, each worth 1.3 million VND to union members and workers in difficult circumstances; rewarded 8 collectives with achievements in occupational safety and health in 2024.

According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, during Workers' Month, the unit will visit and give gifts to encourage about 200 cases in difficult circumstances. The direct superior trade unions also organized the presentation of more than 1,000 support gifts to union members and workers. In total, there are more than 1,200 difficult cases that are supported by the union.
Many workers participating in the launching ceremony said that in addition to caring, caring, and supporting activities, Workers' Month is always vibrant with a series of events such as sports, cooking, collective activities, exciting emulation activities... of trade unions at all levels. Thereby creating a useful playground, opportunities for exchange and connection, helping workers to be more enthusiastic about working and producing, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
