On June 28, Tuy Phong Garment Factory in Tuy Phong District, Binh Thuan continued to organize periodic health check-ups for all officers, workers and laborers at the factory. The total number of people examined this time is about 2,350 people.
To facilitate workers, the factory has contracted a reputable medical unit in the province to examine workers' health right at the factory.
Mr. Nguyen Hoa - Chairman of the Tuy Phong Garment Factory Trade Union said that workers are examined by many specialties such as physical examination, general internal medicine and surgery, ear, nose and throat examination, eyes, teeth and teeth and gynecology for female workers. In addition, there are general blood tests and paraclinical instructions when necessary.
Workers with low physical condition and low weight will be given a general ultrasound, urine test, heart electrostomy, and chest X-ray.
In cases with signs of fatigue, jaundice, and poor sleep, additional intensive tests will be performed to screen for liver disease. In case of signs of difficulty breathing, cough, or chest tightness, an X-ray will be taken to check the lungs.
Regular health check-ups help detect underlying diseases early, thereby finding timely treatment directions. This is a practical care activity, helping workers feel secure at work, contributing to improving labor efficiency and ensuring long-term health for workers.
