According to the Nam Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor, in the first 6 months of 2025, most units strictly implemented the direction of the Provincial Federation of Labor on organizing dialogue conferences at the workplace with employees, with more than 270 enterprises organizing periodic dialogues.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has organized 6 training courses on trade union skills to prevent and participate in resolving collective work stoppages without legal procedures for more than 1,000 grassroots trade union officials and employees at 6 enterprises.
Organized 2 training courses on trade union skills in litigation, civil proceedings in labor and employment cases in court and legal consulting skills for nearly 400 people who are members of district and industry consulting groups, consulting offices, provincial Labor Federation agencies and grassroots trade union officials of enterprises with 500 or more employees.
In addition, Trade Unions at all levels organized mobile consultations, legal support and presented books and legal documents to more than 700 grassroots union officials and employees.
