Ms. Hoang Thi Hien - Head of the Labor Federation's (LDLD) Professional Committee - emphasized that 2025 marks important steps forward in trade union activities, requiring trade union cadres to constantly improve their capacity, innovate methods, and meet the increasingly high requirements of practice.
The contents on effective application of AI will be an important step forward to help the team of union officials improve their communication skills, strongly spreading the good values of the Vietnam Trade Union organization in the digital age.
This is also an opportunity for union officials in the province to share the current situation and solutions of the union organization. Thereby, helping each union cadre raise awareness, foster professional skills to apply to practical activities at each level, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new development stage of the country and the union organization.
