Mr. Dang Tuan Tu shared that in his role as Chairman of the trade union of one of the largest workers' companies in Dong Nai province (more than 42,000 workers), he always finds ways to take better care of the lives of workers, creating a comfortable and happy working environment.
To achieve the goal, when signing the annual Collective Labor Agreement, Mr. Tu and the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union always put the interests of workers first, negotiating with the board of directors beneficial terms, many contents higher than legal regulations.
Coming from direct management of workers, Mr. Dang Tuan Tu understands their needs, thereby proposing many initiatives and programs to support workers and their families. Thanks to this, increasing engagement with businesses, improving productivity, improving welfare, contributing to helping businesses develop sustainably and limiting the situation of "job hopping".
Most recently, on April 16, 2026, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company organized the handover of support money from the "Chang Shin Family Mutual Assistance Association" to the relatives of 2 unfortunately deceased union members, with a total amount of more than 856 million VND, of which more than 428 million VND was given to the wife and 2 children of worker T.M. C; more than 428 million VND was given to the biological parents of worker H.H. H.
Chang Shin Family Mutual Assistance Association is an initiative of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company, established in 2002, initially with a contribution of only 5,000 VND/union member. To date, the association has developed to more than 42,800 members, with a contribution of 10,000 VND/time when there is a case, creating a practical source of support for union member families. The association has supported hundreds of members (who are union members, company employees) who unfortunately died with a total estimated amount of about 100 billion VND...
Over the past 30 years, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company and Mr. Dang Tuan Tu have become a bridge connecting more than 42,000 workers with the company's Board of Directors, becoming a role model when trade union officials put the word "heart" to take care of union members and workers first.
