On May 19, Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union (Dak Lak province) announced and organized a ceremony to announce the decision to admit 577 trade union members at the grassroots Trade Union of Able Joy Garment Co., Ltd. (Hoa Phu Industrial Park). This is a practical activity in response to Workers' Month 2026.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the decision to admit 577 employees of the company to the Vietnam Trade Union organization, raising the total number of union members and employees at the company to more than 2,700 people.
New union members expressed that they will strictly comply with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, actively participate in movements and activities launched by the trade union. At the same time, workers are determined to emulate in labor production, promote the bravery of workers in the new era, contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Chairman of Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the grassroots Trade Union of Able Joy Garment Co., Ltd. has achieved in the past time, especially the work of caring for life and developing union members.
According to Mr. Tuan, the admission of 577 new union members continues to affirm the role and position of the trade union organization in the enterprise.
He also hoped that union members would always be proud of the Vietnam Trade Union organization, well comply with labor discipline, and actively participate in emulation movements to improve labor productivity and quality, contributing to the development of enterprises.
On this occasion, Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union presented 20 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances; and presented 90 sets of ao dai from the program "Giving ao dai - sending love" to female union members and laborers of Able Joy Garment Co., Ltd.
