On the morning of July 10, the 9th Student Employment Festival in 2025 took place at the University of Economics (UET) attracting 185 businesses. Of which, more than 100 businesses participated in direct recruitment interviews at the festival; 80 businesses entrusted recruitment through the Da Nang City Employment Service Center.
Total number of workers to be recruited: 8,131 workers, of which after university and graduate school: 2,297 workers; college and intermediate school: 2,315 workers; technical workers, unskilled workers positions.
All businesses have a large-scale need to recruit human resources, spread across many positions: director, department head, sales team leader, accountant, Marketing specialist, supervision, investment consultant, customer management, sales specialist, receptionist, trainee...
The event is organized by the University of Economics in coordination with the Department of Home Affairs and the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Da Nang City every year for the past decade.
Associate Professor, Dr. Le Van Huy - Principal of the University of Economics - University of Da Nang - emphasized that the job fair is always a key activity of the University of Economics in promoting cooperation between the school and state management agencies, unions and enterprises.
The strong increase in the number of participating businesses, along with the diversity of recruitment positions in this year's Festival, has affirmed the prestige and role of the program in the social security strategy, increasing income and promoting local economic development, said Mr. Huy.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Da Nang - said that identifying job creation as one of the extremely important tasks that local Party committees and authorities are always interested in implementing.
