The electronic labor contract platform is maintained to operate continuously, stably, and smoothly, meeting the requirements of managing the conclusion and implementation of electronic labor contracts; the requirements for exploitation and use of agencies, organizations, and individuals in accordance with legal regulations.
3. Information and data on electronic labor contracts are stored safely and securely, ensuring integrity and compliance with the provisions of law on network information security, data and personal data protection.
4. The construction, update, maintenance, exploitation and use of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform complies with the provisions of relevant laws, in accordance with the National Digital Overall Architecture Framework.

Article 11. Building an Electronic Labor Contract Platform
Building an electronic labor contract platform includes the following activities:
1. Architectural design of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform suitable for the Digital National Overall Architecture Framework.
2. Establish an information system to store, manage the update, maintenance, and exploitation of electronic labor contract data including technical infrastructure, hardware, software, applications through new investment or leasing services or using existing information systems or public-private partnerships in accordance with the law on public investment, investment in the form of public-private partnerships, state budget, bidding and related laws.
3. Collect, standardize, create, and provide services on electronic labor contract data.
4. Other activities according to the provisions of law.
