Article 25. Responsibilities of the Ministry of Science and Technology
1. Coordinate with the Ministry of Home Affairs to develop guidelines for the implementation of data sharing and exploitation management activities, standards and technical regulations on information technology connecting and sharing information between the Electronic Labor Contract Platform and other national databases, specialized databases, public service portals, and administrative procedure resolution information systems.
2. Coordinate with the Ministry of Home Affairs in selecting implementation methods, determining cost assurance for the construction, updating, management, maintenance, exploitation, and use of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform.
Regulations on the responsibilities of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government-affiliated agencies in organizing implementation are based on Article 26.
Article 26. Responsibilities of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government-attached agencies
1. Connecting and sharing data of the national database, specialized database under management with the Electronic Labor Contract Platform.
2. Review and adjust administrative regulations and procedures under management to use electronic labor contract data from the Electronic Labor Contract Platform according to the provisions of this Decree and relevant legal regulations.
3. Comply with legal regulations on protecting state secrets, protecting personal data and operating regulations of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform in the process of exploiting and using electronic labor contract data.
