On the afternoon of January 23, the 14th National Party Congress held a closing session.
At the Congress, Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Chairman of the 15th National Assembly - informed about the results of introducing and assigning personnel to hold the position of Standing Secretary of the 14th Party Central Committee.
Accordingly, at the first Conference held on the morning of January 23, the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Party unanimously approved 200/200 official and alternate Central Committee members (100%) to introduce comrade Tran Cam Tu - Member of the Politburo, Standing Secretary of the 13th Central Committee Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies to be re-elected as Standing Secretary of the 14th Central Committee Secretariat.
Based on the results of the introduction of the Party Central Committee, the 14th Politburo assigned Comrade Tran Cam Tu - Member of the Politburo to re-establish the position of Standing Secretary of the 14th Secretariat.
Previously, on January 22, 2026: The 14th National Party Congress elected you to the 14th Central Executive Committee.
January 23, 2026: The first meeting of the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Party elected you to the Politburo of the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Party.
