2. General Luong Tam Quang - Member of the 13th Politburo, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security.
3. General Nguyen Trong Nghia - Member of the Politburo of the XIII term, Secretary of the Party Central Committee of the XIII term, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Head of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.
