Reporter Pham Thi Thu Lan - a research and training expert on trade unions - conveyed the contents of challenges in the new context, the qualities and skills needed by union member development cadres, along with effective mobilization methods.
Within the framework of the program, students are divided into groups to discuss and share experiences on practical issues such as organizational merger, labor force development, application of AI technology, globalization of trade, collective bargaining rights and intervention of employers.
The training course aims to improve capacity and skills to mobilize workers to join trade unions; thereby finding breakthrough solutions in developing union members and establishing grassroots unions at agencies, units and enterprises in the area.
