HueWACO cares for workers' lives, improves services

On March 31, Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company held an Advanced model conference for the period 2020 - 2024 and a 2025 Workers' conference to promote and commend advanced models, new factors, good people, good deeds, creating a vibrant atmosphere to excellently complete assigned political tasks.

In recent years, Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company (HueWACO) has continuously strived to develop and care for the lives of workers, especially in the context of the country and the city still facing many challenges. The Board of Directors and the staff have actively contributed to the overall development of the company, while ensuring the rights and welfare of employees.

Accordingly, HueWACO has implemented well the health insurance and social insurance policies, with an international medical examination and treatment insurance package for 100% of union members and employees; the company has actively participated in social gratitude and charity work of nearly 2 billion VND/year; HueWACO has presented 3,000 gifts (worth 1.3 billion VND during the Lunar New Year); supported 4 gratitude houses in Nam Dong district, 600 million VND to join hands to eliminate temporary houses in A Luoi district.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, HueWACO not only completed and exceeded production and business targets, but also focused on improving the quality of life of workers through emulation activities for good workers, creativity and technical improvement.

These emulation movements have helped the company achieve many outstanding achievements, such as the solutions "Thua Thien Hue Digital Working Platform" and "4.0 Enterprise Governance and Operation Platform" honored at the 2024 sao Khue Awards. At the same time, the company also participated in the Technical Innovation Awards, honored to be listed in the Vietnam Golden Book.

In addition to professional work, HueWACO also carries out many meaningful social and charity activities, supporting poor households, building gratitude houses, giving Tet gifts to the poor, as well as accompanying the province in preventing the COVID-19 epidemic and supporting the northern provinces affected by storms and floods. These actions clearly demonstrate the company's commitment to the community and employees.

Despite many achievements, HueWACO is also aware of the shortcomings that need to be overcome. The company is making efforts to widely develop emulation movements, especially the replication of advanced models and increasing rewards for direct employees.
