Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor has just issued Plan No. 10/KH-LDLD on organizing the grassroots Trade Union Congress towards the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
The 2025-2030 Trade Union Congress is considered an important political activity with the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", marking a fundamental change in the Trade Union organization model in the new era.
At the same time, this is an opportunity to concretize the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's laws and policies and the Resolution of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Congresses into the resolutions of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels.
The new term grassroots Trade Union Congress has key tasks: summarizing and evaluating the implementation of the previous term Trade Union Congress resolution, proposing new directions for activities; giving opinions on amending and supplementing the Vietnam Trade Union Charter; electing the new term Trade Union Executive Committee and delegates to attend the Hung Yen Provincial Trade Union Congress.
To support the organization of the Congress, the Provincial Federation of Labor will organize professional training and guidance for Chairmen or Vice Chairmen of grassroots Trade Unions from October 6 to 10. The training content includes implementing the plan to organize the Congress, preparing the program, and working during and after the Congress.
The completion of the grassroots Trade Union Congress on schedule is expected to create a solid foundation, ensuring the first Hung Yen Provincial Trade Union Congress takes place successfully, effectively and innovatively in the new development stage.
