To ensure progress, the Provincial Federation of Labor has requested grassroots unions and grassroots unions under commune-level unions to complete the organization of the congress (conference) before October 15, 2025; grassroots unions and grassroots unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor to directly manage the completion of the congress (conference) before December 10, 2025. The official congress time is no more than one session. The term order of the grassroots trade union of the units with merged and consolidated units is calculated according to the term order of the congress of the Party Committee at the same level.
Regarding the number of members of the Executive Committee, Standing Committees, and Inspection Committees of trade unions at all levels, it is necessary to comply with the regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Specifically, depending on the number of union members, grassroots unions have at least 3 members, maximum 25 members of the executive committee; member grassroots unions have a maximum of 15 members.
According to the plan, the 1st Quang Ngai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will be held after the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Ngai province and completed before December 31, 2025. The Congress will discuss and approve the report of the Executive Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Federation of Labor, term 2023 - 2028; decide on targets, tasks and solutions in the new term; give opinions on the draft documents of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor...
Currently, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor is focusing on directing and guiding the implementation of the congress plan, focusing on the personnel work process. In the process of preparing for congresses, union executive committees at all levels must report to the Party Committee (where there is a party organization) and higher-level unions; seek support and facilitation from the government, professional staff, and leaders of the unit and enterprise; at the same time, request the unit leaders and employers to coordinate to answer recommendations related to the lives, jobs, regimes, and policies of employees according to the provisions of law.
The Provincial Federation of Labor plans to establish 3 subcommittees to serve the Quang Ngai Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, including the Subcommittee on Trade Union Documents and Charter; Subcommittee on personnel; Subcommittee on propaganda, organization and service.
