On April 3, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Lee & Man Vietnam Paper Company Limited held a ceremony to announce the Decision to admit 93 workers into the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the ceremony, Mr. Le Thanh Phu - Permanent Vice President of the Hau Giang Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) - said that there are currently nearly 55,000 union members in the province out of nearly 58,000 workers and laborers.
Mr. Le Thanh Phu emphasized that in 2025, the Hau Giang Provincial Federation of Labor set a target of enrolling more than 6,000 union members than the target assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
For newly admitted union members, Mr. Le Thanh Phu suggested that they comply with the rules and regulations of the Union and the company, stick with the company, and contribute to increasing production.
On the part of the grassroots Trade Union, in the coming time, it will coordinate with the Board of Directors of the Company to mobilize more union members and workers to participate in the trade union organization.
The new trade union members expressed their honor and commitment to well implementing the provisions of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter and the internal rules of the enterprise, enthusiastically labor to successfully complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the enterprise's plan.
