On May 7, the Trade Union of Hwaseung Rach Gia Company Limited held a 2025 Trade Union Admission Ceremony for 22 workers at the Company.
At the ceremony, the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Hwaseung Rach Gia Company Limited announced the Decision to admit 22 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union, bringing the total number of union members in the Company to 7,250 (out of a total of 7,252 workers).
Ms. Ton Nu My Hanh - Chairman of Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd. said that since the beginning of the year, the Company's grassroots grassroots level has organized 45 times, admitted 942 members. In recent years, the Executive Committee of the Communist Party has well implemented the development of union members and propaganda workers to see the role and responsibilities of trade union organizations for workers.
The Executive Committee of the Community College closely coordinates with the company's leaders to regularly understand the thoughts, aspirations and organize activities to take care of material and spiritual life for union members and workers; organize propaganda and advocacy activities for workers to voluntarily participate in trade unions and organize activities in accordance with the provisions of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter.
The Executive Committee of the Community College also performed well the work of taking care of, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the union members, helping members to be more fully aware of the Trade Union organization, considering the Trade Union as a solid support, a bridge between the Party and the State and workers. Thereby, the organization of the Vietnam -class construction union is increasingly strong.
